Yarmouk University participates in the 26th session of the Arab International Conference on Information Technology ACIT2025
The Dean of the College, Dr. Qassem Al-Radaideh, represented Yarmouk University at the meetings of the permanent organizing committee of the Arab International Conference on Information Technology, which was held this year at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Alexandria, Egypt, from December 16-18, 2025, with the participation of a select group of academics, researchers, and experts from various countries around the world. Dr. Al-Radaideh also attended the general assembly meetings of the Association of Arab Universities of Information Technology, which has been organizing the conference since its first session in 1999. He also chaired one of the conference sessions related to the topic of artificial intelligence applications in medical sciences.
Al-Radaideh also participated as part of a delegation of deans of information technology colleges from Arab universities and the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority in a scientific visit and tour of the academy's new headquarters in New Alamein City, which was built to the highest global standards and within a comprehensive and integrated vision and design. The visiting delegation was briefed on the academy's experience in the College of Artificial Intelligence, its relationship with the industry, how students are trained, and the laboratories.

It is worth mentioning that Yarmouk University has been a member of the conference organizing committee since 2006, where the university hosted the conference in its seventh edition.
