The Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science at Yarmouk University hosted Ms. Iman Rababeh, Head of the Planning and Policies Department at the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in coordination with Dr. Heba Khaled Al-Quran, for a specialized lecture within her course taught during the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, which is the Resource Management course (BIT 332).
The hosting included enhancing the practical aspect, which aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and institutional reality, by directly exposing students to practical practices in strategic planning, setting institutional priorities, and effective resource management.
The lecture included a presentation of practical experiences in institutional planning, highlighting the pivotal role of policies in supporting the quality of academic performance, in addition to emphasizing the necessity of aligning educational programs with the latest accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
