A group of faculty members and students from the Faculty of Information Technology participated in the Electronic Games Summit, which was held in the archeological city of Jerash. And it was held simultaneously in the city of Jerash, the city of Madaba, and the city of Ma'an.
This year's summit was held under the title "Playing for Learning." It was an opportunity to attend and listen to a lecture presented by Dr. Noor Khreis, the director and founder of Mays Al-Ward Company, the leading Jordanian company in the field of electronic game development, as well as the founding partner of the Jordan Gaming Lab. There was also another lecture on the principles of game design and the importance of this stage in building electronic game applications.
A group of students from the Digital Reality and Game Development program participated in this event. The students were accompanied by the Dean of the College, Dr. Qassem Al-Radaideh, and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Qusai Al-Zoubi.
It is worth mentioning that the main event of this year will be held in the city of Aqaba next week.
