The Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, Dr. Qassem Al-Radaideh, represented Yarmouk University at the General Assembly meetings of the Association of Arab Universities of Information Technology, affiliated with the Association of Arab Universities. The meeting was held this year at Zarqa University on the sidelines of the 25th Arab International Conference on Information Technology (ACIT2024), which was held under the patronage of the Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, His Excellency Dr. Omar Salama.

During the meeting, the topic was raised for the College of Information Technology to sponsor and organize the graduation projects and entrepreneurial projects exhibition for students of Arab universities that are members of the ITSAF association for the year 2025.

Al-Radaideh also participated in the conference's organizing committee meeting, representing Yarmouk University as a member of the organizing committee. The committee members were honored with the conference's silver shield in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the conference's establishment. It is worth mentioning that the Faculty of Information Technology at Yarmouk University organized the conference in its seventh session in 2006.

Al-Radaideh also chaired one of the main conference sessions on the first day, which focused on advanced applications of computer networks. He also met with a group of distinguished researchers, some of whom are graduates of Yarmouk University.
