The Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Yarmouk University, Professor Dr. Rowaida Ma'ayta, sponsored the ceremony honoring the colleges that received international accreditations and the distinguished researchers at the university, in the presence of the university president, Professor Dr. Islam Massad.
The Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees, Her Excellency Dr. Ruwaida Maaitah, honored the Faculty of Information Technology, represented by its Dean, for obtaining the American ABET accreditation for the years 2023 to 2029.
And colleague Dr. Khaled Nahar Al-Nawasra was also honored as one of the distinguished researchers representing the college for the high number of indexed publications in the Scopus database from 2019 to 2023.
