Abstract:
This project addresses the needs, skills, resources and challenges faced by the local communities of Northern Jordan by providing a comprehensive training and development program for youth to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
The goal of this project is to promote economic reform that expands economic opportunity, especially for youth, including promoting entrepreneurship in the form of workforce development training. In so doing, Yarmouk University aims to foster innovation and provide
youth participants, particularly women, the necessary knowledge and skills to create opportunities to start up their own business partnerships, utilize Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to optimize business operations, and to market their own products.
